Dairy free milk
Instructions
Follow the directions on the oatmeal bag. Once the oatmeal is done add flax, cinnamon, and chia seeds blend well. Sprinkle in all the beautiful rainbow fruits. Add in dairy free milk as desired.

I like to use organic fruits when possible.
