Well, first off, they are absolutely delicious, inexpensive, and packed full of all the nutrients your body needs. Who doesn’t want to fuel their body with the most nutritious foods around? I know I do! Check out some of the top reasons to eat a plant based diet for great health.
Advantages of a Plant Powered Lifestyle:
